One of many projects Premier Mechanical worked on as part of the new Westfield Mall located in World Trade Center Building 4. This new Victoria’s Secrets store is one of the largest in New York city consisting of almost 15,000 square foot of optimal sales space and fitting rooms. The new mechanical system is this facility included new custom air handlers with HEPA filtration boxes to ensure clean filtered air is provided to all shoppers. All mechanical equipment is served by the buildings chilled and hot water mechanical systems. This store was provided with 1,000 feet of custom type linear diffusers to ensure equal air distribution. All mechanical equipment is provided with seismic restraints, DDC controls, variable air volume zone control and high efficiency coils. This mechanical system was provided with DDC controls which allows remote set point and zone control for all areas of the store to achieve the required comfortability throughout the sales area, fitting rooms and administration offices.
