Premier Mechanical recently aided in the completion of a new maintenance facility for the Town of Brookhaven’s Landfill facility. This new high efficiency maintenance facility includes a condensing boiler and hot water plant with a complete radiant heating slab distribution system for optimal efficiency. The new office areas are served by cutting edge variable refrigerant flow systems with zone controls to provide maximum comfort and efficiency. The garage is equipped with a complete makeup air vehicle exhaust system to regulate CO levels and maintain a safe working environment for the town employees. To add to the landfill’s efficiency, we have installed a waste oil boiler plant to allow the town to utilize waste oils to provide supplemental heating for the facility.
