Premier participated in the recent construction of the Town of Babylon’s new 15,000 square foot animal shelter facility. This was a complete new HVAC system consists of high efficiency, gas fired rooftop units with energy recovery ventilators to ensure proper ventilation to eliminate odors and potential disease spread to healthy animals. This facility includes 12 separate zones for comfort control. The new animal shelter is equipped with animal operating room, dog kennels, cat condo area and bathing suites.
