TD Bank Pelham Bay

Premier Mechanical installed a complete ground up mechanical (HVAC) system for the TD Bank located in Pelham Bay. This new mechanical system included high efficiency gas fired rooftop units with a variable flow refrigeration system. This was a LEEDS project constructed with limited VOC’s and a building occupancy flush out. This branch was equipped with linear diffusers and full DDC controls for remote monitoring for equal air distribution system and low energy consumption to comply with LEED requirements.
