This project consisted of a complete renovation to the mechanical (HVAC) system at Maria Regina Hall. Premier’s work included the installation of new Trane rooftop units, chillers and a complete Trane Tracer building management system. The renovation also replaced the existing heating system with new Lochinvar condensing boilers, fin tube radiation and Trane fan coil units.
