Long Island’s first visitor welcome center. This new construction 12,000 square foot welcome center is located on the long island expressway. The LI Welcome Center is LEED certified, included condensing boilers and central station air handlers with air cooled refrigeration systems. This project was constructed using primary radiant heating with high efficiency hot water pump stations serving multiple zones throughout the new facility.
