This new Sephora store is approximately 5,000 square foot of optimal sales space and fitting rooms. This is an experience all retail shoppers should experience. The new mechanical system is this facility included new custom air handlers with HEPA filtration boxes to ensure clean filtered air is provided to all shoppers. All mechanical equipment is served by the buildings chilled and hot water mechanical systems. This store was provided with 1,000 feet of custom type linear diffusers to guarantee equal air distribution. All mechanical equipment is provided with seismic restraints, DDC controls, variable air volume zone control and high efficiency coils.
