This project consisted of a new two level 35,000.00 square foot fitness center. The new Fitness center has interior lap pool, locker rooms, private spin rooms, administrative offices, health shopping area and spa. The new mechanical (HVAC) system includes 14 new high efficiency rooftop units, room exhaust systems, room purge system (for odor and humidity removal), direct digital controls with wireless/remote adjustment features and over 30 thousand pounds of heavy gauge sheet metal. The new pool and spa area was provided with a state of the art dehumidification system and aluminum ductwork distribution system as required for pool and spa areas.
