New high efficiency boiler plant upgrades. This project consisted of a complete makeover to Huntington Hospitals boiler plant including (3) new Cleaver Brooks high pressure steam boilers totaling 800HP. This new boiler plant includes high pressure steam piping, steam pressure reducing stations, a water treatment system with a new deaerator condensate feed tank with a high capacity pumping station. The Cleaver Brooks high efficiency boilers included an updated double wall, thermally insulated, prefabricated breeching system for optimum flue efficiency. In addition to efficiency, Cleaver Brooks boiler package included a new Web based lead lag control system with PPH/BTU metering system.
